This blog details one person's experience with panic disorder i.e. panic attacks/continual anxiety. To read how she recovered please go to: http://recoverfrompanic.blogspot.com/
Well, you look happier here in this picture. That's nice to see. After reading most of your postings, I think you have had bad luck with friends. The people who have broken with you don't seem to be very nice when the chips are down -- seeing someones ugliest ugly side is very instructive. Being around angry manipulative people is a drag, for any reason.
Hi cm. Thank you for reading my blog and for your supportive comments!! This pic was taken BEFORE my attacks. But I'm pleased to report that I'm happy now I no longer suffer from panic attacks and surround myself with people that bring out the best in me. Ggirl xx
Oh my. I can SO relate to what you have written. I have suffered with a nightmare mental illness since i was pregnant with my son 8 years ago. Unfortunately i became housebound with mine and i am still agoraphobic now. I wish i could see the end of the tunnel, i'm stuck in limbo and i am unable to make any progress in going out. Hating my crap life.
